Your account
Sign in, download LocalePro, and find your key.
The account page uses email, not a password.
- Enter your email.
- Open the link we send. It lasts 15 minutes.
- That browser can show your key and the download until you close the tab.
Your key
If we still have a copy, it shows on the account page. If we don’t, check the email from when you bought LocalePro, or write us and we’ll help you get a new one.
If a key has leaked, ask us for a new one. The old key stops working. Paste the new key into LocalePro on each site.
Download
Download the plugin on the account page is the current version. You’ll need to be signed in, with a purchase on that email. It’s the same file WordPress will offer later as an update.
What you pay
Plans are yearly: $249 for 1 site, $499 for 3 sites, $999 for 10 sites. More than ten sites? Write us.
Receipts and renewal emails come from the purchase. DeepL and Google are not on this page. Those accounts are yours. See Connect DeepL or Google and Usage and spend.
Refunds
You have 14 days from the day you were charged to ask for a refund of that LocalePro payment. Use the contact form. What happens to the purchase, and to translations already on your site, is on the refund policy.
